Reporting an error
Please tell us the page, the madhab you selected and what you expected. You can also use the Report an error button under any result. Do not send personal financial details.
A useful error report includes:
- the page address (for example /zakat-calculator-pakistan/);
- the madhab and currency you chose;
- the type of wealth involved (gold, cash, debts, stock…) with round example figures, not your real ones;
- the result you got and the result you expected, with the fatwa or book you are relying on if you have one.
When a report leads to a correction, we fix it and record it with its date on the methodology page.
Suggestions and translations
Tell us which tool, currency or language you would like next. If you can help check our Urdu text, or translate the calculator into another language, we would be glad to hear from you.

To show today’s nisab on your own website, use the free nisab widget. Write to us if you need a different size or design.
Religious questions
We do not issue fatwas. For a ruling about your own situation, please ask a qualified scholar of your school, for example the imam of your mosque or a recognised fatwa service such as the Darul Ifta of a major madrasa (Hanafi), IslamQA (Salafi and Ahl-e-Hadith), your country’s Mufti office (Shafi’i, Maliki and Hanbali), or your marja’s office (Shia). Our methodology lists the sources we use.
What we cannot do
- We do not collect, hold or distribute zakat, fitrana or donations. Anyone asking you to pay zakat to “My Zakat Tool” is not us.
- We cannot see or recover the figures you entered; they never leave your device.
